WOW. Awesome! The thrilling finale to the trilogy. Just when you think Kyla's life can't get any more complicated, it does. And oh boy does it ever. More suspense and tension than you can shake a stick at. I'll refrain from saying too much for fear of spoilers, but Teri Terry weaves a wonderfully complex tale that never loses credibility. Fans will not be disappointed. The only thing keeping me from giving this instalment ten stars is that the tying up of loose ends in the last few pages felt like exactly that. It seemed a tad rushed to me. Nevertheless, I love this author enough to be eagerly awaiting her next story, a tantalising glimpse of which features at the end of the book.
